Thank you for visiting and shopping at GlamMonster! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.
Please note that order processing may take longer during high-volume periods or product launches.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping:
- Cost: $4.95 (Free for orders over $50)
- Handling Time: 1-2 business days
- Transit Time: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping:
- Cost: $9.95
- Handling Time: 1 business day
- Transit Time: 1-2 business days
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly on our website or via the carrier's portal.
5. Damages & Lost Packages
GlamMonster is liable for items damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team at support@glammonster.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include photos of the damage.
